how about "Vote or...good lord, is there even another option? resign myself to another four years of this crap?" I'm always wary of polls, whether they have sunny or cloudy outlooks. just because a bad outlook could either motivate people to vote, or cause them to fall into despair. and similarly, a good forecast could lull one into a sense of false security, or it could solidify the idea of "yay, I _am_ helping to make a difference! we _are_ leading!" all you can really do is go and cast that ballot. and maybe try to convince your conservative friends not to be stupid. oh, I kid, kind of. just vote, however you are so inclined.
